PearlStop.com's Famous Oyster Shooters

• 2 3/4 cup tomato juice
• 4 ounces pepper vodka
• 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbs freshly grated horseradish, or prepared horseradish, drained
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
• Pinch salt 
• Pinch  ground  pepper
• 2 dozen small-sized shucked oysters
• Celery stalks or pickled green beans for garnish
• 6 tall shot glasses

Directions 

1.  Put on your nicest strand of pearls and head to the kitchen.  (If you don't have a beautiful strand of pearls, go to Pearlstop.com and order some.  Reschedule your party till your pearls are due to arrive!)

2.When your new pearl jewelry has arrived and you are comfortably wearing them, combine all the ingredients except the oysters in a glass pitcher and chill for 1-2 hours.

3. Place 2 -3 small oysters in each shot glass (Pay careful attention that there are no beautiful PEARLS hiding out in those oysters...just kidding). Pour chilled tomato mixture into each glass.  Garnish with small celery stalk or pickled green bean.

4.Serve immediately with small cocktail forks.
